Gravity Haus charges a nightly property fee equal to 13.5% of the guest room rate. The following amenities and services are included with this fee: access to Dryland Fitness & Spa including: unlimited group fitness and yoga classes, Peloton bikes, free weights and machines, hot and cold (men’s only) tubs, in-room Unravel Coffee & Tea, filtered water, access to Hi-Speed Wireless Internet. In ski season only, we offer complimentary Haus-made cookies and hot chocolate!
CANCELLATION POLICY
Summer Cancellation Policy (May 1, 2022 through November 24, 2022): One night room, tax and fees is charged at the time of booking. The final payment is due 7 days prior to the arrival. The reservation is fully refundable up to 7 days prior to the arrival date, less a $25 processing fee. Within 7 days of arrival the reservation is non-refundable.
Winter Cancellation Policy (November 25, 2022-April 8, 2023) Holidays Excluded: A deposit of one night’s room, fees, and taxes is required at time of booking. The full remaining balance is due 14 days prior to arrival date. Reservation cancelled prior to 14 days will receive a refund less a $50 processing fee. Reservations cancelled inside 14 days will forfeit the full amount of the reservation.
Winter Holiday (December 16, 2022-January 1, 2023, Feb 18-25 & Mar 11-25, 2023): A deposit of one night’s room, fees, and taxes is required at time of booking. The full remaining balance is due 45 days prior to arrival date. Reservation cancelled prior to 45 days will receive a refund less a $50 processing fee. Reservations cancelled inside 45 days will forfeit the fullamount of the reservation.
