CANCELLATION POLICY
Winter Cancellation Policy (November 24, 2022-April 8, 2023): A 50% deposit is taken at the time of booking. The remaining amount is taken 14 days prior to arrival. Reservations canceled outside of 30 days are fully refundable. Reservations canceled 30 – 14 days prior to arrival are 50% non-refundable. Reservations canceled within 14 days are 100% non-refundable.
Summer (April 9, 2023 through November 23, 2023): No deposit is taken at the time of booking. The full amount is taken 48 hours prior to arrival. Reservations canceled more than 48 hours prior to arrival are 100% refundable. Reservations canceled within 48 hours of arrival are 100% non-refundable.
