Gravity Haus members access six to seven functional group fitness classes a day alongside open gym times. These four will get you into tip-top adventure-ready shape.
1. Enduro Zone (Monday, Wednesday) is a HIIT-style class based around time worked. Get your heart rate up and challenge your body to move in new ways.
2. Brick Haus (Tuesday, Thursday) is a strength-based class that focuses on Squat and Push movements one day, and Hinge and Pull the other day.
3. Adventure Ready (Friday) is a hybrid of these classes that incorporates agility, stability, balance, plyometrics and carrying exercises to help build overall strength for outdoor activities.
4. 5280 (Saturday) is a bootcamp-style class and a full-body sweat session.
Onsite Haus Quiver gear access means you’re locked and loaded and ready to hit the mountains first thing in the morning. Check out seasonal gear — think paddle boards and mountain bikes for summer and snowshoes for winter — for up to three days and relish your high country adventures!
