About the Event: Ladies! We want you to join us and VNTRBirds for a 1-day navigation and mapping course. Learn from certified instructors how to plan your own backcountry tour. There is a lot to explore and repeating the same area is fun, but so is touring a new zone. VNTRbirds tailored this Navigation Basics course for women who want to map out their own route and do it safely.

• What’s Included? All day backcountry safety training and lunch!
• What to Bring? Please bring all needed backcountry equipment. AT skis or split board, beacon, shovel, probe, backpack and a helmet. You should also bring snacks and water!
