Beginner | MTB – Calling all mountain biker ladies! Learn some tips and tricks to help get you out on the MTB trails this Summer season!

About the event: New to mountain biking or have been a few times, but could use some guidance on proper positioning and techniques? Then joining VNTRbirds MTB Basics through Gravity Haus is the right choice for you. Thursday, June 23rd in Breckenridge, Colorado VNTRbirds will host you and other bikers like yourself in a day full of skill building, confidence boosting and all around fun while getting some dirt under your tires.

During this 4 hour session you will be working on:

  • Proper bike/ body positioning for descents, ascents and corners.
  • Learning bike handling, braking and foot bracing for easier movements.
  • Attempting terrain features to rollover, navigate around or climb.
  • Restarting on a climb or descent.
  • Line choice.
  • Tailor this course even more & let us know what you really want to work on and we’ll implement it into the day’s lesson!

  • What do I bring? Make sure to bring your mountain bike, all necessary gear and plenty of water/snacks!
