• 5:30 Enduro Zone at Dryland Fitness – Improve your aerobic and anaerobic thresholds in this class through mobility training with higher reps and cardio bursts
• FULL 5:30 Apres Yoga at Dryland Fitness – Alpenglow Yoga is a delicious 45-minute serving of meditative Vinyasa Yoga designed to root you into the earth, cultivate your fluid power, and ignite your inner fire followed by 30 minutes of Yin and Restorative postures, pranayama, meditation and deep relaxation to take you to the next level

5-8 pm Guided Recovery Lounge -10-15 minutes drop-in sessions, first-come, first-served

5-9 pm Self-Guided Recovery – BYO bathing suit and/or comfortable clothing

• Halo Therapy – Salt Therapy Lounge – Anti-allergic, detoxifying and immunity boosting. Breathing salt saturated air, acts as a “flush” for respiratory tract.
• Thermotherapy – Steam, Sauna, Hot Tubs, Cold Plunge – juxtaposition of Hot / Cold immersion & application. Increases blood flow through the contrast of temperature.
