Take your yoga practice out of the studio and into nature! SUP Yoga is low impact, strengthens the core, and creates a strong sense of equilibrium. Each 75-minute session will include a brief introduction to paddling + yoga on the water, and an hour of guided yoga on the boards. The class will end with a traditional savasana — sky above you, water beneath you, and nature all around.
