Whether you’re a beginner or looking to touch up on the basics, this free flowing vinyasa style yoga class may be just what you need!
About the event: Join the GH yogi community in this holistic, free-flowing yoga class at Cheesman park. Your instructor, Kacey, has been part of the Denver yoga community for over 12 years. The class will be a 1-hour basic vinyasa style, so it will be accessible for all levels of yoga. This class is great for anyone who is working with injuries, beginning their practice, or wanting to brush up on the foundations of yoga. In Kacey’s class, you will experience yoga powerfully inside your body, as well as the other more subtle parts of you like your mind, heart, and spirit. She offers a holistic and comprehensive experience that will leave you feeling uplifted and energized.
We will not be providing yoga mats so please bring your own! If you do not have a yoga mat, a towel will work just as good.
