About the event: Join your fellow GH members and step out of the yoga studio and onto a SUP for this amazing beginner SUP yoga class. SUP Yoga is low impact, strengthens the core, and creates a strong sense of equilibrium. This is a 75-minute session which will include a brief introduction to SUP and yoga on the water, and an hour of guided yoga on the boards. The class will end with a traditional savasana — sky above you, water beneath you, and nature all around.
Bhava Yoga is a trusted GH partner and we are sure you won’t want to miss this awesome SUP yoga event! Members will meet at the Bhava yoga studio and have the chance to put down their belongings. From there, you will walk on over to Maggie Pond with a SUP in hand! It is about a one-minute walk from the yoga studio to the pond.
