All Levels| Wellness – Join us for a snowshoe through the trees. Learn some mindfulness as we take in the beautiful winter scenery.

About the Event: Join us for a mindful evening of nature, meditation and community. We will gather for a morning snowshoe hike and will be guided through intention setting and meditation to cultivate presence and gratitude! Make sure to pack warm layers, snacks, head lamps, anything you may need to stay happy and warm!

We will meet in the Gravity Haus lobby and take off from there as a group.
