About the Experience: There’s no better way to build community than to break bread together, so we’re creating a rotating monthly Supper Club in Steamboat Springs, where members and their guests will meet over menus paired with libations.

About the Event: We are kicking off our favorite summer event series of Supper Clubs! We are starting out with the lovely Laundry Restaurant on in Steamboat. The Historic Soda Creek Building That Was Home Of The Steamboat Laundry From 1910- 1977. The Laundry Kitchen and Cocktails offers a rustic-chic kitchen serving charcuterie & globally inspired small plates, plus craft cocktails.

Menu:

First course:

• Meat and cheese board – chefs selection / house pickles / mustard / chutney / crackers
• Pow pow – crispy rice flour shrimp / spicy aioli / pickled ginger / sesame powder

Second course :

• Hash – charred brussels sprouts / house bacon / goat cheese / crispy onion
• Arugula – ricotta / balsamic strawberries / almonds / pickled onions

Third course:

• Bison striploin – roasted vegetables / guajillo vinegrette / gorgonzola butter
• Beef brisket – bread from next door / charred onion / special sauce / sunny side egg
