- What to know/bring: This will be 75 minutes of laying on the floor so please bring anything you need to be comfortable! Dress in warm, comfortable clothing and bring a yoga blanket if you have one. Gravity Haus will provide some yoga blankets and bolsters but if you have them, bring them!
