About the Event: Let’s get the ski season going with making sure your body is up for the challenge! Doing a 45 minute strength and cardio conditioning class with 15 minutes of warmup you can perform to get the best out of your ski day! Learn some of the essential movements from ski/snowboard strength and come into the season more ready than ever!
About our Ambassador: Eric Yoon is a multidisciplinary bike athlete who has competed at the elite level. He has a passion for fitness and enjoys helping others reach their full potential. Eric spent several years as a cycling coach and personal trainer in Vail, CO. He is currently a Doctor of Physical Therapy student at Regis university where he plans to help injured athletes get back to doing what they love!
