About the Event: This workshop is an invitation to move into depth within your physical and subtle body. To connect with yourself on a deep level and perhaps reconnect with something that’s been lost along the way. An opportunity to explore rich potential for healing.
Chakras are energy vortexes, or powerful centers of energy in the body.
From what we know, the idea of the Chakra system was written about in ancient yogic scriptures, such as The Vedas. This system has been studied and embodied in many traditional practices originating in India, as well as Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Although it is believed that there are many chakras within our bodies, there are seven fundamental Chakras which we know the most about today: the Root, Sacral, Solar Plexus, Heart, Throat, Third Eye and The Crown Chakras.
