Virtual and In-Person: Mama Do, Mama Don’t – Keep Moving Prenatal Workout

About the Event: In part 2 of our prenatal workshop series led by Coach Amelia, we’ll focus on safe and effective workout modifications during pregnancy at Dryland Fitness Denver.
This series focuses on pre/post-natal exercise and movement. Each workshop will include: beginning meditation, movement and lecture focusing on different topics.
At the conclusion of class, each attendee will receive a choice of smoothie from our friends next door at Unravel Coffee: strawberry banana, turmeric ginger, chocolate almond or matcha.
What Should I Bring? Comfortable clothing that stretches, a yoga mat, water and a notebook.
About the Instructor: Amelia is a certified yoga and barre fitness professional who is passionate about supporting all her students with challenging, effective and safe movement. She believes in empowering her students to stay healthy and strong throughout life.
