About the Event: Join our fantastic Certified Master Nutrition Therapist, Christine Pierangeli, for a 21-day Anti-inflammatory Reset Program from January 10th -January 31st, 2022. Systemic inflammation is the root cause of many modern diseases including: heart disease, cancer, obesity, autoimmune dysfunction, diabetes and dementia. Learning how to manage this inflammation is game-changing for our health!

The goal of this program is to reduce systemic inflammation, eliminate foods that have a negative impact on your overall health and help you develop healthy new nutrition and lifestyle habits! The program will provide you with guidelines, recipes, education, support and accountability. With this plan, you will be eating abundant amounts of nutritious foods, while avoiding foods that create systemic inflammation. This plan is not built around supplements, juice and deprivation, it is about using healthy whole foods to achieve your goals!

After three weeks on this plan you will feel so amazing that continuing your new healthy lifestyle will feel effortless! Register now and come to our VIRTUAL Kick off meeting Thursday, January 6th at 6 pm. Start-up materials will be provided that day and Christine will be answering all of your questions so that you are prepared for our start on Monday, January 10th.

About Christine: Christine Pierangeli earned her credentials as a Master Nutrition Therapist from Denver’s acclaimed Nutrition Therapy Institute. She is also board certified in holistic nutrition. Christine’s education has provided her with the tools necessary to create holistic, whole foods-based nutrition plans that serve her client’s individual needs. Christine believes the road to optimal wellness and peak performance is paved with knowledge, support and empowerment that will last a lifetime.

Christine has lived in Edwards for 20 years with her husband and two daughters. She enjoys a variety of Colorado outdoor activities, including skiing, road biking, camping and hiking. Christine also loves cooking nutritious food for the people she loves!
