Join Gravity Haus’ Food and Beverage Director, Ben Foote, for an educational, hands-on class, where you’ll make the three drinks every mixologist knows by heart: The Old Fashioned, The Collins, and The Classic Sour.
During your time at Cabin Juice, Ben will guide you through the principals and techniques for mixing truly fabulous drinks. Learn the impact of proper ingredients and quality equipment on final results, and how developing foundational skills – stirring, shaking and straining – will elevate your mixology game to wow your friends and family.
Ben’s skills have been showcased across the nation – New Orleans, New York, Montreal, Los Angeles, Chicago, Boston, and Portland – from creating F&B programs for elite restaurants to participated in mixology competitions and industry research.

This class includes three cocktails, light appetizers and take home recipes. All of our syrups, juices, infusions and recipes are crafted in-Haus!
