Open to all, Slope Room is welcoming Heitz Cellar to our newly remodeled Private Dining space at Gravity Haus Vail. Enjoy wines from the legendary estate that helped shape the history of Napa Valley winemaking. Founded in 1961, pioneering vintner Joe Heitz ushered in Napa’s modern era with his iconic, globally-celebrated wines—including Napa Valley’s first single-vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon, the renowned Heitz Cellar Martha’s Vineyard. The 2014 vintage of Martha’s Vineyard will be but only one of the wines tasted this evening. For this special occasion, Chef Alberto Soto has curated a unique five course tasting menu explicitly paired with the wines at hand and worthy of the great estate of Heitz.
