About the Event: Meditation is an internal practice. But if we want to be happy, we need take the tools and insights that we’ve gained from introspection and apply them in our lives, particularly in our relationships. This workshop will explore methods of speaking and listening, supported by meditation practice, to promote connectivity and mutually beneficial conflict resolution. In training to acknowledge our emotions and needs, as well as those of others, we have the opportunity to speak from our heart and to cultivate health and harmony. No experience required, all are welcome.
