Beginner’s Class: Tonic Method Pilates (In-Person)

About the event: Join us at Tonic Method in Breckenridge or Vail for a Beginner’s Tonic Method class with fellow Gravity Haus members! Both classes will occur at 6 pm on April 22, so choose the studio that fits your schedule best!
About Tonic Method: Tonic Method is the best total body workout that will strengthen, sculpt, and tone all major muscle groups with low impact exercises in just 45 minutes, leaving you feeling invigorated. We combine High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) with the low impact strength training of Pilates. Movements are done with continuous tension at a slow, controlled pace with short bursts of cardio to keep you in your fat-burning zone to build long, lean muscle. Tonic Method was born out of the desire to support longevity in your life and to have a complete workout that compliments your favorite outdoor activities from skiing and hiking to golf and tennis.
